First Tech announced today it will extend weekday Contact Center hours beginning immediately. Contact Center representatives will now be available Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. These extended hours will continue as needed to respond to member questions.
