Last week, First Tech Credit Union converted to a new operating system. As with any major undertaking, challenges occur. We have a list of known issues regarding Online Banking, Bill Payer, and credit cards that we are currently working to resolve.
We have had record high call volumes and branch activity since the conversion. As such, we know that you may not have experienced the level of customer service you've come to expect from First Tech. We sincerely apologize for any difficulties that you have personally encountered.
Although a majority of members are not experiencing problems, for those that are, we know it is very frustrating to not receive timely answers and resolution to your difficulties. Please know that we are diligently working to respond to our members as quickly as possible.
